SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer $7 flat rate shipping Australia wide.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
RETURNS:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@geronasgift.com. If your item is returned due to change in mind then you will be liable for shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your Sunflower is approximately 300mm in height with varying sizes for the the pieces. It is packaged and sent in a gift box approximately 300mm x 200mm x 50mm
ULTIMATE SUPPORT PACK
The combination of products is packaged and sent in a gift box approximately 350mm x 250mm x 80mm
